Last Updated March 13, 2026
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and EuroTech ME FZCO (“EuroTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to your use of our website www.eurotechme.com, along with any related media, mobile applications, or digital services (collectively, the “Site”).
We are registered in the United Arab Emirates with our head office located at Mazaya Business Avenue, Office 301, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. We also operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By accessing or using the Site from either jurisdiction, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms, and that you’ll comply with all applicable local laws in the UAE and/or KSA.
If you’re under 18 or do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time, at our discretion. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review them regularly.
Please note that the Site is designed for users in the UAE and KSA. If you access it from another country, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for following your local laws.
2. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we do, the revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Site after changes are published, you agree to the revised Terms.
How We Notify You
For major updates (like new features, legal rights, or changes in how we operate across regions), we’ll display a clear notice on the Site, such as a banner or a prompt asking you to confirm (“I Accept”) before continuing to use key features.
For smaller changes (like edits for clarity or grammar), the updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page will serve as notice.
Your Responsibility
You’re responsible for checking the Terms from time to time. If you continue to use the Site after changes are made, that tells us you’re okay with the updates.
Legal Validity
Your continued use, along with any affirmative acknowledgment (when required), is considered valid consent under both UAE and KSA electronic contract laws.
Record Keeping
We keep a digital record of all version changes and, where applicable, when users gave confirmation. This helps ensure clarity and enforceability of each version of the Terms.
3. ELIGIBILITY & JURISDICTION
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If we find that the information you provided is inaccurate or misleading, we may suspend or permanently terminate your access at our sole discretion.
Use of the Site is strictly prohibited if you are under 18 years old, lack legal authority to enter into contracts under UAE or KSA laws, or attempt to access the Site for unlawful purposes or restricted content.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as further detailed in Section 13. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration panels located in Dubai, UAE or Riyadh, KSA, based on your access location. If you are accessing the Site from outside the UAE or KSA, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and it is your sole responsibility to comply with your local legal requirements.
